Beginning in 1985, Abe Friesen started his home improvement career. Working with his father for 15 years, he learned many skills in everything ranging from window and door replacement to furniture building to custom cabinet making. He has been doing all of these things ever since. There almost isn’t a problem Abe can’t fix.

• In June 2026, Abe has officially retired! Congrats to Abe on this milestone! Abe’s Window and Door Repair, is still going strong under his son James. James has over 15 years in the window and door industry with lots of learning from his dad over the years.
